EXTRA LONG JOBS: Designed for power efficiency and with an 8,000,000-sample memory, the gauge will record for 22 days at a 1-second sample rate at 150°C, and much longer at lower temperatures and sample rates.
CALIBRATED FOR CONFIDENCE: We run oil bath calibrations as standard for superior temperature stability and uniformity. It’s time-consuming and messy, but compared with air calibration, the confidence is worth it to us and our clients.
TIME ACCURACY: Temperature corrected sampling timing. Onboard oscillator clock frequency fluctuates with temperature affecting time accuracy. Data analysis using curve-fit, like Horner Extrapolations, rely on accurate pressure (y-axis) and time (x-axis). Our time measurement is temperature corrected to ensure accurate and consistent time sampling in fluctuating temperatures.
PLUG AND PLAY: An intuitive user interface makes programming, downloading, and exporting gauge data simple.
